About the role
- Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Work closely with technology and data teams to automate processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation using BPMN 2.0, SIPOC and flowcharts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Process Analyst (mid-level/senior) or equivalent role.
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 for process modeling.
- Hands-on experience with AS-IS / TO-BE mappings.
- Familiarity with technology and data, including integrations, automations and system usage.
- Experience with BPMS tools (e.g., Pipefy, Bizagi, Signavio, Camunda, ARIS or similar).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (desirable).
- Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields.
