About the role

  • Support the development of backend microservices (Node.js/TypeScript or Java).
  • Work on the customization and maintenance of solutions in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) or Oracle Field Service (OFS/TOA).
  • Create and optimize integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) between internal systems and field platforms.
  • Develop customizations, automations, and workflows to support field operations.
  • Support the configuration of virtual assistants in Dialogflow.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts and the business team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in testing, deployments, and troubleshooting under guidance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of backend development (Node.js/TypeScript or Java).
  • Understanding of REST APIs.
  • Basic knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Interest in learning and working with Salesforce FSL or Oracle OFS/TOA.
  • Understanding of best practices for versioning, documentation, and testing.
  • Preferred
  • Academic experience, internships, or personal projects in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows) or in extensions/plugins for Oracle OFS.
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud (Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with Dialogflow or other NLP platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with observability (structured logs, ELK, Datadog).
