About the role

  • Develop and implement advanced solutions within the BRM system.
  • Lead maintenance and optimization of existing features, ensuring high performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, focusing on architecture and design.
  • Ensure code quality, document solutions, and comply with best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in BRM development.
  • Deep knowledge of programming languages relevant to BRM (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle, NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Ability to work in a team, lead, and mentor junior developers.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Certifications in BRM, software architecture, or agile methodologies (preferred).
