About the role

  • Define, monitor and review key commercial KPIs (e.g., sales, churn, installations, market intelligence, net adds).
  • Ensure business rules are correctly reflected in data sources and dashboards.
  • Define and monitor automated verification controls (e.g., integrity checks, reconciliations).
  • Serve as a point of reference for inquiries and clarifications regarding commercial metrics and data.
  • Create, update and maintain interactive dashboards in BI tools, ensuring indicators align with business needs.
  • Assess the impact of commercial initiatives on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to align results and direction.
  • Provide analytical inputs for executive meetings and committees.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Systems Analyst (desirable).
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Certifications in software development or agile methodologies (desirable).
