Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, focusing on FTTH sales, partnership growth, and customer satisfaction;
Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned clients through proactive communication, becoming the specialist in their routines, processes, and opportunities;
Develop strategic recommendations aligned with clients' marketing objectives and V.tal's value proposition;
Analyze and optimize client performance, generating insights to maximize results by evaluating commercial, operational, and financial metrics and comparing estimates with actual outcomes;
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Product, and Integration teams to drive improvements that support client growth;
Lead regular business meetings and performance presentations for stakeholders at different levels;
Identify upsell opportunities and guide clients in adopting new products or features;
Manage growth activities and the use of cooperative advertising budgets, ensuring accurate execution of campaigns, reporting results, and running PDCA cycles for continuous improvement; and
Develop and execute customized marketing action plans for each client aimed at increasing household connectivity on V.tal's Neutral Network.
Requirements
Proven experience managing strategic accounts and client relationships;
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
Advanced English;
Analytical profile with proficiency in using data for decision-making and storytelling;
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal abilities;
Willingness to work in a team and share ideas and strategies with colleagues; and
Previous experience in the Telecommunications sector is a plus.
