About the role

  • Your role will cover the maintenance, enhancement and optimization of Shopify/Shopify Plus sites, as well as managing the technical relationship with clients.
  • Handle ongoing enhancement and maintenance of Shopify & Shopify Plus sites.
  • Develop custom features on both the front-end and back-end (Liquid, JS, APIs...).
  • Create or improve custom Shopify applications.
  • Manage bug fixes and technical requests in the Shopify back office (setup, configuration...).
  • Provide day-to-day website administration support to clients.
  • Be proactive in proposing technical optimizations for sites.
  • Document your work and interventions.
  • Independently manage technical tickets via Notion, ensuring follow-up and prioritization.
  • Communicate regularly with clients (video calls, email), understand their needs, explain your decisions, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with developers, project managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of Shopify & Shopify Plus (setup/configuration, back office, product management, orders, admin...)
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Liquid.
  • Knowledge of PHP and Node.js (a plus).
  • Experience with Shopify APIs (creation, management, integration of third-party APIs, checkout handling, purchase flows, logistics solutions, ERP, etc.).
  • Proficient with GitHub and the Shopify CLI.
  • Familiarity with the JavaScript ecosystem related to Shopify (key libraries, best practices).
  • Strong technical English (documentation, third‑party app support, international client communication).
  • Experience working with ticket management tools (Notion or equivalent).
