Requirements
Ability to lead a team and be a strategic leader as well as an invaluable individual contributor.
Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams: ops, product management, etc.
Very analytical; preferably knowledge of Python, SQL, SAS or other analytics tools.
Talent for translating numbers into an actionable story for business leaders.
A track record of success in CAC and LTV optimization.
Deep familiarity with Google, Google Analytics, Meta, and other major D2C channels.
Good project manager skillset.
Detail-oriented with the ability to push forward multiple, fast-moving pieces at once seamlessly.
Curiosity and interest in the longevity space.
