About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responds to resident or family member concerns and ensures appropriate action is taken
- Reports any complaints and concerns to the MLTC director as required
- Investigates and completes required follow-up for any concerns and complaints brought forward
- Coordination of the Annual Care Conference Program
- Accountable for the highest standard of resident care and quality of life being provided to the residents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant management experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Long Term Care
- Current certificate of competence with the provincial College of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Post secondary education in nursing, nursing administration and gerontology
- Diploma or certificate in organizational management
