About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across creator experience, campaign management, advertiser tools, analytics, and internal workflows.
- Write clear PRDs with detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, edge-case coverage, and business logic.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, ticket grooming, bug triage, release planning, and QA coordination.
- Create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interface concepts in Figma.
- Drive UX decisions around information architecture, interaction models, usability, and interface copy.
- Partner daily with engineering to scope work, remove blockers, and support high-quality product releases.
- Translate complex business rules, including campaign eligibility, attribution, and results-based payouts, into clear product requirements.
- Participate in creator interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate designs and uncover product opportunities.
- Define, track, and monitor product metrics such as activation, conversion, creator retention, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Creator Success, Execution, Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Improve internal tooling and operational workflows to increase efficiency, data integrity, and team visibility.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4+ years of Product Management, UX/Product Design, or related consulting experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframes, flows, prototypes, and UX iteration
- Experience writing clear product requirements and managing execution from concept to release
- Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, data models, and technical tradeoffs
- Experience managing backlogs and delivery cadences using tools like Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent
- Excellent executive communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup or consulting environment
- Comfort working onsite in Alexandria, VA four days per week
- Authorization to work for any U.S. employer without visa sponsorship now or in the future
