Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive projects that streamline grant processes, enhance transparency, and enable critical funding for community services.
Responsible for directing multiple implementation projects, tracking operational metrics, and managing internal work requests.
Serve as a liaison among stakeholders, including clients, subject matter experts, and various internal teams such as product development, sales, and customer support.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting customer expectations, and achieving company goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of project management experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
1+ years of experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, LucidChart, or Figma.
Proven ability to manage small- to medium-scale projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
Experience in client-facing roles, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for transforming client needs into actionable plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Certifications: Project Management Certification (CAPM) preferred.
