About the role
- Operational purchasing: You procure medical supplies, capital goods, specialist books and services according to established guidelines.
- Offer management: From preparing and sending requests to performing detailed comparisons of offers – you keep an overview.
- Order processing and supplier relations: You place orders, monitor delivery dates and support negotiations with suppliers.
- Financial responsibilities: Invoice processing, account coding and professional handling of complaints are part of your duties.
- Data management: You maintain master data, handle incoming mail and produce meaningful reports and statistics.
- Inventory management: You actively participate in conducting and evaluating inventories.
- Project support: With your expertise you contribute to the success of various projects.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training
- Very good MS Office skills (focus on Excel)
- Experience with SAP and ERP systems is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and motivation
- Negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
