Administration

• You take on the organizational, administrative and strategic management of our truck fleet in close cooperation with the Fleet Director.
• You are responsible for the entire truck fleet management — from vehicle procurement and leasing to contract management, insurance and vehicle sales.
• Together with the Fleet Director you lead the fleet team both functionally and disciplinarily, plan duty rosters and vacation schedules, and ensure successful onboarding and training of new drivers.
• You monitor costs, utilization and the profitability of the truck fleet and conduct analyses to drive continuous optimization.
• You develop a forward-looking fleet strategy and actively advance the digitization and automation of core processes.
• You manage and continuously develop telematics, GPS and fleet management systems.
• You plan routes and work closely and collaboratively with drivers, warehouse and procurement teams.
• You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in transport and prepare reports and KPIs.

Projektmanager, Einkauf

• Overall responsibility for strategic procurement at AGAPLESION and for operational purchasing within the AGAPLESION logistics center.
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of five teams with a total of around 25 employees in the areas of operational and strategic procurement, master data management, invoicing and project management.
• Development and implementation of a group-wide purchasing strategy in close coordination with executive management and the facilities within the AGAPLESION network.
• Ensuring efficient procurement processes and economical supply of materials—from medical consumables and capital goods to services.
• Responsibility for contract negotiations, supplier management and the continuous optimization of framework agreements.
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as logistics, controlling, human resources, as well as clinic management, chief physicians and external partners.
• Support for the introduction of SAP and further development of procurement processes.
• Analysis and reporting of relevant procurement KPIs to derive measures for cost and process optimization.
