About the role

  • Planning, implementation and optimization of projects
  • Further development of processes in the nursing area
  • Strategic and operational planning and management of projects in coordination with the Nursing Directorate and executive management
  • Presentation and documentation of project components; informing clinical staff and interface partners
  • Participation in strategic process orientation and development in non-physician areas
  • Conducting process analyses in assigned areas
  • Cooperation with partners in nursing care provision and contract management
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with mandatory training for mid-level medical staff
  • Special tasks as assigned by the Nursing Directorate and executive management

Requirements

  • Successfully completed 3-year training as a qualified nurse (registered nurse)
  • Ongoing or completed studies in Nursing or Health Management are desirable
  • Professional experience in clinical patient care is desirable
  • Demonstrable, solid knowledge of business administration
  • Knowledge of project and process management
  • Appropriate personal and methodological competencies to fulfil the role
  • Strategic thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of flexibility
  • Motivation for continuous professional development and further training
  • Identification with the operational goals and mission of a Christian hospital operator
