About the role
- Conduct clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines
- Oversee and assess medical therapies in compliance with the German Medicines Act (AMG) and the Medical Devices Act (MPG)
- Perform clinical assessments of study participants, answer medical queries, and resolve medical issues related to the study
- Maintain and review medical records and determine participant eligibility for the study
- Assess treatment response and participants' compliance with study medication
- Manage adverse events and report them according to the study protocol
- Ensure protocol-compliant use of medications and devices
- Actively participate in recruitment of study participants and initiation of new studies
- Participate in recruitment activities such as presentations to medical staff or public information events
- Understand and conduct the informed consent process in accordance with GCP guidelines
- Take part in monitoring visits by authorities, sponsors, and CROs
Requirements
- Full medical license (Approbation) as a physician
- Specialist qualification in Gynecology and Obstetrics
- Clinical experience in gynecologic oncology
- At least 2 years' active experience in clinical research, or active involvement in at least 10 clinical research projects preferred (GCP training and, if applicable, MPG training desirable or willingness to obtain these)
- Strong teamwork skills, integrity, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
