About the role

  • Together with executive management and the hospital directorate, you serve as the lead strategist for operational and strategic matters.
  • You are responsible for leading, coordinating and further developing business and operational areas.

Requirements

  • You hold a completed master's degree with a background in economics, an MBA, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in the healthcare sector, have previously led a team, and enjoy managing projects and optimizing processes.
  • You are an excellent communicator, highly organized, and keep a clear head in stressful situations.
  • You value strong collaboration and your high social competence makes you a genuine team player.
  • You have a confident presence and are skilled in conducting negotiations.
  • You think commercially and have a good sense for entrepreneurial and economic work in the healthcare sector.
