About the role

  • Implementation and further development of our quality management
  • Coordination, alignment and implementation of clinical risk management
  • Conducting training events on all matters related to quality and risk management
  • Implementation and monitoring of established procedures regarding surveys and feedback management
  • Further development and implementation of the in-house continuous improvement process
  • Independent preparation, execution and follow-up of quality circles, internal audits, and support during external audits
  • Sole responsibility for maintaining quality-related documents in collaboration with the relevant departments
  • Participation in quality assurance and in the preparation of the statutory quality report

Requirements

  • You have training as a registered nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger) or a comparable qualification, or alternatively a completed degree (e.g., in quality management)
  • You have professional experience in quality and risk management within the healthcare sector
  • You are familiar with established risk management methods
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Creative, a team player, and willing to work constructively and purposefully with different professional groups
  • Resilient, reliable, and prudent in critical situations
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ideally experience with DocSetMinder or comparable software tools
