HR-IT Project Manager, Workforce Scheduling

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for planning, managing and implementing group-wide HR-IT rollout projects, currently focused on ORTEC and digital workforce scheduling
- Coordinate the group-wide rollout plan, including prioritization, scheduling and alignment with our facilities
- Analyze existing processes and develop standardized, efficient and digitally supported workforce scheduling processes
- Act as the central interface between facilities, scheduling teams, HR departments, IT and external service providers
- Support system configuration, testing, acceptance and optimization of ORTEC solutions
- Support training and change-management initiatives and establish group-wide standards in workforce scheduling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree or comparable qualification, ideally related to HR, IT, project management or healthcare
- Experience in leading or supporting IT, digitization or system implementation projects, ideally complemented by a project management certification
- Knowledge of workforce scheduling, staff deployment planning, hospital or care processes and HR systems is advantageous
- Strong affinity for digital processes, system landscapes and the introduction of new IT solutions
- Confident presence in project and steering committees and experience working with diverse stakeholders and complex organizational structures
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style, with willingness to travel as required by the project work
