About the role
- Lead a payroll team
- Responsible for the monthly payroll and salary accounting
- Provide advice on employment, tax and social security law matters
- Develop and improve existing payroll processes
- Prepare analyses, statistics and reports
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on HR/personnel or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in payroll / salary accounting
- Solid knowledge of employment law, tax law and social security regulations
- Ideally experience with P&I LOGA or a comparable HR information system
