About the role
- You will actively help shape the future of our quality and risk management.
- You will work closely with our facilities and specialist departments with the aim of securing and continuously improving quality across our group.
- You will further develop the central quality and risk management function of our healthcare group.
- You will plan and implement cross-facility projects for quality improvement and risk management.
- You will conduct audits of the quality management system in our hospitals.
- You will monitor CIRS reports and incident/claim cases in our facilities, develop preventive and corrective measures together with the Risk Management Expert Board, and support their on-site implementation.
- You will support the ongoing maintenance and further development of our central document management system.
- You will be the primary contact for our facilities on quality and risk management topics and provide them with support.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree related to healthcare, quality management, risk management, or a comparable qualification.
- Preferably, you have several years of professional experience in quality and risk management in healthcare.
- You hold qualifications as a Quality Manager and ISO auditor and, if applicable, as a Risk Manager.
- You are familiar with the relevant legal requirements and standards (e.g., DIN/ISO 9001:2015).
- You are proactive and passionate about your work.
- You work constructively and solution-oriented with others.
- You have a good sense for people and processes.
