About the role

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate monthly payroll processing using P&I LOGA
  • Maintain all payroll-relevant data in our payroll system
  • Handle associated reporting and certification processes
  • Serve as a service-oriented contact person for employees and HR departments
  • Correspond with authorities, health insurance providers, and public offices

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/administrative vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a payroll accountant
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Confident user of payroll systems — ideally P&I LOGA
  • Conscientious, independent, and reliable
  • Quick to grasp new information
  • Strong service orientation
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Team player with a strong commitment to performance
