About the role

  • You craft job descriptions and vacancy postings with a distinctive touch
  • You review applications, plan and — if required — manage the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience
  • You develop HR strategies, optimize workforce planning and ensure an effective flow of information for planning needs
  • You are a point of contact for employees on all personnel matters (contracts, leave, compensation, references, etc.)
  • You conduct and moderate employee meetings and ensure that agreed actions are implemented
  • You advise our leaders end-to-end and actively contribute to resolving HR issues
  • You lead and take responsibility for HR projects and contribute fully in working and project groups
  • You have a solid understanding of employment law and ensure that regulations and legal requirements are observed

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment
  • You hold a degree with a focus on Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
  • You have HR processes under control — analytical, communicative, and with proven leadership ability
  • You are well-versed in employment law — ideally also familiar with social security and tax law
  • You are proficient with MS 365 and experienced in using HR administration systems (LOGA)
  • You can independently plan and organize appointments and work steps while keeping an overview
  • You continuously optimize your area of responsibility and make it more efficient
