Requirements
- You hold a completed degree in Nursing Management or Nursing Education and ideally a qualification as a registered nurse
- Motivation and willingness to learn: you welcome new challenges and want to continuously develop
- Digital competence: you are familiar with modern media and programs such as MS 365 and, if applicable, learning platforms — or are willing to learn them
- Communication skills: you are outgoing, communicative and not afraid to contribute new ideas
- Teamwork: you enjoy working in a team with diverse skills
- Interest and creativity: you are interested in organizational development and personnel development in nursing
