About the role
- You write compelling job descriptions and advertisements, screen applications, and plan — and, when required, manage — the entire recruitment process
- You develop HR strategies, optimize workforce planning, and ensure an efficient flow of information for planning requests
- You are a trusted point of contact for employees on all HR matters (contracts, leave, pay, references, etc.)
- You advise managers on all HR topics and actively contribute to resolving personnel issues
- You actively manage and take responsibility for HR projects and contribute fully in working and project groups
- You ensure compliance with applicable regulations and legal requirements
Requirements
- You have several years of experience as an HR Specialist in a dynamic environment
- You hold a degree with a focus on human resources/HR management or an equivalent qualification
- You have HR processes under control — analytically minded, communicative, and with leadership capability
- You are well-versed in labor law — ideally also knowledgeable in social security and tax law
- In addition to MS 365, you are confident using HR administration systems (LOGA)
- You can independently plan and organize appointments and work steps — you always maintain an overview
