• Your day-to-day with us: no two days are the same.
• Sometimes it’s about numbers and financial planning, sometimes about people, conversations and sound decisions.
• You keep the threads in your hand, bring structure to the details and an overview to the whole.
• You work in close coordination with executive management for the economic performance of the MVZ sites in Hamburg and Harburg.
• Ensure and optimize billing (EBM & GOÄ).
• Responsibility for non-physician staff in close coordination with medical leadership.
• Onboarding, staff development, training, annual and bonus reviews.
• Analysis, control and forwarding of monthly reports.
• Participation in economic and investment planning.
• Regular exchange with network partners and hospitals.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and directives.
• Quality management, conducting and documenting trainings and performance checks.
