About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Communication with customers
  • Preparation of problem resolutions and analysis of incidents
  • 3rd-level support, finding appropriate solutions via the ticketing system
  • Monitoring the system landscape and resolving issues that arise
  • Installation, configuration, documentation and maintenance of network, hardware and software solutions
  • Independent analysis of processes and faults, documentation and remediation
  • Participation in IT projects, independent planning, management, documentation and implementation
  • Coordination of external service providers
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training or degree in IT or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in system administration
  • Good knowledge of complex IT environments
  • Very good knowledge of server operating systems, Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 product family
  • Solid experience in virtualization and operating complex networks
  • Sound understanding of IT security and modern workplace solutions
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
