About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Communication with customers
Preparation of problem resolutions and analysis of incidents
3rd-level support, finding appropriate solutions via the ticketing system
Monitoring the system landscape and resolving issues that arise
Installation, configuration, documentation and maintenance of network, hardware and software solutions
Independent analysis of processes and faults, documentation and remediation
Participation in IT projects, independent planning, management, documentation and implementation
Coordination of external service providers
Ensuring the security and integrity of systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or degree in IT or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in system administration
Good knowledge of complex IT environments
Very good knowledge of server operating systems, Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 product family
Solid experience in virtualization and operating complex networks
Sound understanding of IT security and modern workplace solutions
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
