About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You communicate with our clients, prepare solution proposals, and analyze incidents.
  • As part of 3rd-level support, you identify appropriate solutions via our ticketing system.
  • You monitor the systems under your responsibility and resolve issues quickly and reliably.
  • You install, configure, document, and maintain existing and new network, hardware, and software solutions.
  • You independently analyze processes and failure cases, document them, and remediate resulting issues.
  • You participate in IT projects and take responsibility for planning, controlling, documenting, and implementing them — from concept to successful rollout, including implementing new systems or migrating existing ones.
  • When needed, you coordinate external service providers and ensure smooth, professional collaboration.
  • You ensure the security and integrity of systems by adhering to applicable security policies and measures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have completed vocational training or a degree in IT, or possess a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in system administration and are familiar with complex IT environments.
  • You have very good knowledge of server operating systems as well as Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 product family.
  • You have solid experience with virtualization and operating complex networks.
  • You possess a solid understanding of IT security and modern workplace solutions.
  • Ideally, you are interested in healthcare IT systems and want to actively contribute to digitalization in the hospital environment.
  • You present yourself confidently, enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and take initiative.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
