About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You communicate with our clients, prepare solution proposals, and analyze incidents.
As part of 3rd-level support, you identify appropriate solutions via our ticketing system.
You monitor the systems under your responsibility and resolve issues quickly and reliably.
You install, configure, document, and maintain existing and new network, hardware, and software solutions.
You independently analyze processes and failure cases, document them, and remediate resulting issues.
You participate in IT projects and take responsibility for planning, controlling, documenting, and implementing them — from concept to successful rollout, including implementing new systems or migrating existing ones.
When needed, you coordinate external service providers and ensure smooth, professional collaboration.
You ensure the security and integrity of systems by adhering to applicable security policies and measures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed vocational training or a degree in IT, or possess a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in system administration and are familiar with complex IT environments.
You have very good knowledge of server operating systems as well as Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 product family.
You have solid experience with virtualization and operating complex networks.
You possess a solid understanding of IT security and modern workplace solutions.
Ideally, you are interested in healthcare IT systems and want to actively contribute to digitalization in the hospital environment.
You present yourself confidently, enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and take initiative.
You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
