About the role
- You will work independently or in a supporting role on the following tasks: planning, installation and maintenance of IT systems (hardware and software)
- Configuration of networks, servers, clients and databases
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure
- Analyzing and resolving incidents as part of 1st- and 2nd-level support
Requirements
- You have a completed secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss), a technical college certificate (Fachabitur) or the German Abitur (equivalent to A-levels/high school diploma)
- You have good grades in science subjects
- You can interact with people who have different levels of IT knowledge
- A strong service mindset and a high level of customer orientation come naturally to you
- You enjoy working in a team but are also capable of handling tasks independently and responsibly
