About the role

You will be part of our nationwide team and coordinate projects as part of our digitization strategy
You will shape modern IT solutions for our business success through cross‑departmental projects
In coordination with the head of the business unit, you will coordinate cross‑functional project teams
You will liaise with key stakeholders (key users, vendors/manufacturers, service providers) and take into account the technical aspects of planning
You will pursue the defined objectives while considering the requirements and needs of the various professional groups and processes within the hospital

A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Management, or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT specialist)
Several years of relevant professional experience in leading and implementing IT projects
Enthusiasm for system integration in hospitals
Ideally, experience with the hospital information system CGM medico
Confident demeanor, motivated, strong communication skills, and a team player
Fluent German language skills, written and spoken
