- Develop and implement content strategies across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish content (copy, images, videos, stories, reels).
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report results.
- Stay up to date with trends and algorithm changes across platforms.
- Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Content creation skills (video, image, copy) with a keen eye for design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
