About the role

  • Strategy & Operations: Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns with a performance focus;
  • Automation Engineering: Build flows and integrations between tools using Make and n8n;
  • Tool Management: Advanced administration of accounts in RD Station, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and similar platforms;
  • Artificial Intelligence: Practical application of AI tools to optimize copy, analyze data, and personalize customer journeys;
  • Cross-functional Liaison: Manage requests and integrate processes with SEO, Paid Media, Design and Development teams, always aiming for operational efficiency;
  • Client Relations: Lead briefing sessions and results presentations with clients, demonstrating value and providing strategic consultancy;
  • Data Analysis: Create reports and dashboards that go beyond the basics, delivering actionable insights for the client’s business.

Requirements

  • No-nonsense Mindset: Fully solution- and results-oriented. We value people who get things done;
  • No-code/Low-code Tools Proficiency: Proven experience with Make or n8n is mandatory for mid/senior levels and a strong plus for junior candidates;
  • CRM Experience: Proficiency with RD Station and HubSpot (certifications are highly welcome);
  • Impeccable Organization: As we work remotely across multiple projects, strong self-management is essential;
