About the role
- Writing articles (400–1,200 words)
- Conducting client interviews to develop more technical and in-depth content
- Preparing briefs for production by other writers
- Reviewing and editing content written by freelance writers
- Publishing articles on blogs
- Re-optimizing existing articles
- Developing a Tone of Voice Guide
- Client communication and support for related matters
Requirements
- Degree in Social Communication (Journalism or Advertising), Languages/Literature, or Marketing
- Excellent command of Portuguese
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and creative thinking
- Knowledge of content marketing
- Ability to maintain a consistent content production pace
- Basic SEO knowledge for content
- Basic understanding of Inbound Marketing strategies
- Familiarity with blogging platforms (such as WordPress)
- Content marketing certification
- Customer/client service experience
- Experience with project management tools (runrun.it, Trello, etc.)
- Experience working directly with clients from diverse sectors
