About the role
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, with support from the manager;
- Coordinate and carry out onboarding and integration activities for new employees;
- Support performance appraisal programs and feedback cycles;
- Organize initiatives for workplace climate, employee engagement, and internal communications;
- Support managers with people management matters;
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, departmental SLAs, and internal surveys;
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and controls;
- Perform HR administrative routines and liaise with areas such as Finance and Accounting;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and people management best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Previous experience in the advertising industry, with recruitment and/or international projects
