About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build the account’s content plan by combining planned topics with real-time opportunities
Write scripts, captions, and social media copy in line with the account’s editorial style
Create briefing and script documents with references, supporting materials, and creative direction
Organize and keep the account’s content and reference library up to date
Present developed content topics directly to the client
Lead approval rounds, advocate for content recommendations, and consolidate feedback
Maintain the client’s daily communication with the operation
Update, schedule, and publish content across the brand’s channels
Monitor content performance, adjust content topics, and identify new opportunities
Create and manage tasks in the agency’s request management system, tracking deadlines and deliverables
Engage and coordinate the art, copywriting, and audiovisual teams, with a stronger interface with the art team
Organize content production schedules in advance
Work on-site at the client at least twice a week for content production

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated senior-level experience in social media, with a portfolio of scripts, captions, and campaigns that showcases writing quality and brand voice development
Proficiency in Instagram and TikTok, including their formats and communication styles, especially Reels and Stories
Experience creating content briefs and script documents
Comfortable using ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools
Confidence presenting and defending content topics directly with clients
Strong visual and cultural awareness, with the agility to identify content opportunities
Autonomy to organize priorities and manage the account’s day-to-day operations
Excellent command of Portuguese and strong social media writing skills
Previous experience working with shopping center accounts in content, planning, and/or client services (a plus)
Previous agency client services experience (a plus)
Residence in or familiarity with São Paulo’s North Zone (a plus)
