Digital Art Director – T2
Agência F2FArt Director developing digital designs for F2F, a marketing agency that utilizes AI. Leading visual campaigns and collaborating with creative teams to enhance brand identity.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conceive and execute digital campaigns and assets with outstanding visual quality and adaptation for different platforms.
- Develop creative concepts from briefs, driving the process from idea to final delivery.
- Create assets for social media, performance campaigns, digital advertising and other online communication channels.
- Produce and adapt key visuals, ensuring visual consistency and strategic alignment across all brand touchpoints.
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance creative processes, visual production and content generation.
- Develop static and animated materials, including motion graphics and audiovisual content.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing creative solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives.
- Ensure visual quality, brand consistency and excellence in execution while meeting agency deadlines and demands.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Art Director in advertising agencies, marketing firms or similar creative environments.
- Strong command of design for digital environments, including social media, performance campaigns and online communication.
- Experience creating and developing digital campaigns from concept through execution.
- Fluent use of generative AI tools applied to creative and production workflows, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway and similar platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
- Knowledge and practical experience with Figma.
- Experience in motion graphics and creating audiovisual content.
- Strong visual repertoire and refined aesthetic sense, with attention to typography, composition, visual hierarchy and art direction.
- Ability to translate briefs into relevant creative solutions aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
- Organized, good time-management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking to evaluate creative solutions and make decisions.
