About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Standardize tasks in the system used, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Serve as the liaison between the Product Owner (PO), business areas, and development teams, ensuring a proper understanding of requirements
Lead project kick-off and status meetings, tracking schedules, deliverables, and key issues
Monitor project dashboards and KPIs, tracking defined targets and deadlines
Identify deviations, delays, and issues during project development, supporting the definition of corrective actions and escalations
Track compliance with project specifications, procedures, schedules, and quality standards
Document meetings, decisions, and key definitions throughout the project life cycle
Organize folder structures and the documents required for project execution
Support the creation and organization of documents required for operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the role
Experience in project management and project tracking
Experience managing schedules, deadlines, deliverables, risks, and key issues
Experience leading meetings and liaising with different departments and stakeholders
Experience with projects involving business areas and development/IT teams
Knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with Discovery methodologies
Strong communication and organizational skills, initiative, and autonomy in carrying out activities
Experience with technology projects
Experience working in environments involving collaboration between business, product, and development teams
