About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide generalist support to employees regarding Personnel/Payroll administration inquiries;
  • Work on onboarding, vacation management, timekeeping/attendance control, benefits administration, and other payroll/HR processes;
  • Support employees through service platforms, Microsoft Teams and email;
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses, aiming to deliver the best possible employee experience;
  • Assist in analyzing and addressing issues related to labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements;
  • Collaborate with different departments and leadership to align processes and resolve requests;
  • Help organize and monitor the routines of the HR/Payroll service team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Previous experience with generalist HR/Payroll routines;
  • Knowledge of processes such as timekeeping, benefits, hiring/onboarding, vacation management, and employee support;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements;
