About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage corporate benefits, ensuring correct operation of processes and adherence to established deadlines;
- Fully manage the Vale-Transporte (commuter transportation benefit), including purchases, top-ups, enrollments, removals, data adjustments and service provider communications;
- Administer benefits such as Health Insurance, Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Wellhub (Gympass), TotalPass and other corporate benefits;
- Process employee and dependent records, including enrollments, removals, changes and cancellations;
- Verify invoices, co-payments and supplier charges, analyze discrepancies and perform financial reconciliations;
- Conduct audits of granted benefits and related payroll deductions to ensure information accuracy;
- Ensure correct integration of information between providers, management systems and payroll;
- Participate in the monthly closing of benefits, ensuring compliance and data quality;
- Prepare controls, KPIs, management reports and critical analyses to support departmental decision-making;
- Provide support to employees and internal partners, clarifying questions about eligibility, usage and benefit rules;
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency and the best employee experience;
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, automation and process optimization, proposing solutions that increase the department's efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting or related fields;
- Solid experience in benefits administration, preferably in medium or large companies;
- Experience managing Vale-Transporte for a high volume of employees;
- Experience administering benefits for companies with a large workforce;
- Experience verifying benefits and payroll deductions;
- Knowledge of labor legislation as applied to benefits administration;
- Knowledge of Personnel Department processes;
- Advanced Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional formulas, database handling, reconciliations and management controls;
- Knowledge of Vale-Transporte providers and systems;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model.
