About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consultative client support and build long-term relationships with B2B clients;
  • Manage campaigns, ensuring contracted projects are executed with quality, on schedule, and aligned with the business objectives of clients and the company;
  • Serve as the interface between clients and internal teams (Marketing, Content, Data, Sales, and Product), ensuring alignment and smooth execution of requirements;
  • Monitor campaign performance through analysis of metrics and results, identifying optimization opportunities;
  • Propose strategic actions that meet client needs and contribute to achieving their business objectives;
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities, driving continuous evolution of campaigns and the customer experience;
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with clients and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in consultative client service and managing relationships with B2B clients;
  • Experience managing campaigns, projects, accounts, or client-focused operations;
  • Experience acting as an interface between clients and multidisciplinary teams;
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor metrics and turn data into business recommendations;
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent demands, ensuring organization and meeting deadlines;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to lead meetings, align expectations, and manage stakeholder conflicts;
  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
