About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support, maintenance, enhancement, and deployment of systems focused on the educational ecosystem;
Ensure the stability and operational continuity of existing systems;
Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives;
Manage deployments and integrations of new solutions and systems;
Map business area needs and align technology solutions with the company’s strategy;
Analyze functional and technical requirements for system evolution;
Develop and monitor integrations between systems via Web Services;
Execute queries and analyses on databases using SQL;
Lead multidisciplinary projects and coordinate internal and third-party technical partners or teams;
Contribute to the evolution of architecture, process automation, and operational efficiency of systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
Proven experience supporting and implementing educational systems;
Experience with TOTVS RM modules;
Knowledge of system integration, routine automation, and requirements analysis;
Experience with SQL for querying, extracting, and analyzing data;
Knowledge of integrations via Web Services;
Experience in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects;
Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and manage technical teams;
Analytical mindset with business awareness and results orientation;
Good communication, proactivity, and ability to collaborate across different areas;
Advantage: experience in educational institutions or complex education ecosystems.
