About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop strategic relationships with Medical Affairs, Medical Education, Marketing, Trade, and leadership teams within the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Identify partnership opportunities and design customized medical education solutions;
  • Translate clients’ scientific and strategic objectives into high-impact projects for the medical community;
  • Lead consultative negotiations across the full commercial cycle, from prospecting to closing partnerships;
  • Prepare account plans for strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth;
  • Create proposals for continuing medical education, postgraduate programs, scientific content production, congresses, and events;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellence in execution and delivery of contracted projects;
  • Represent the company at medical congresses, scientific events, and industry meetings;
  • Monitor commercial indicators, opportunity pipeline, and client portfolio results;
  • Contribute to new business development and strengthen the company’s strategic partnerships.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, MSL, Product Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles;
  • Proven experience developing medical education projects and building relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs);
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, especially in Medical Affairs and Medical Education;
  • Experience engaging with managers, directors, and executives within the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Consultative, analytical profile with a strong focus on delivering client value;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, accounts, and priorities simultaneously;
  • Availability to attend events, congresses, and client visits;
  • Advantage: experience with Continuing Medical Education (CME), Medical Communications, KOL management, Market Access, scientific events, or digital health ecosystems.
