About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and execute, together with the brand ambassador, activities to activate Medcel within the universities in your portfolio, taking into account the particularities of each campus and audience.
Represent Medcel at in-person or virtual events and present our products to our target audience via digital meeting platforms or by attending events in person, increasing brand awareness to drive company results.
Create monthly activities to include in the brand ambassador's checklist, monitor each ambassador's results, assist with questions and correct activities that are not carried out correctly.
Monitor the number of students at each university, tracking growth or decline and always comparing results to previous years.
Map and identify new universities in your region and recruit new ambassadors to ensure 100% coverage.
Ensure ambassadors have the necessary information to promote our products and brand within institutions and their contacts through regular meetings, training, support materials and daily assistance.
Act in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Experience in trade marketing, relationship management, or commercial/sales roles.
Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Desirable: working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM systems.
Hybrid position based in Belo Horizonte, MG.
Availability to travel.
