About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement and optimize customer relationship journeys using Marketing Cloud, ensuring personalized, automated, and data-driven communications that enhance the experience throughout the undergraduate student lifecycle.
Contribute to increased engagement, retention and satisfaction.
Build automated journeys in Marketing Cloud using triggers, business rules and segmentations.
Act as the orchestrator of automated customer interactions, transforming journey maps, research insights, user behavior and relationship strategies into personalized, scalable experiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Data Science or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Customer Experience (CX), Marketing, Data or related areas will be a plus.
Solid experience building, implementing and optimizing customer relationship journeys.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ability to interpret data and metrics to propose continuous improvements to journeys and campaigns.
Analytical, organized, collaborative and customer-experience-oriented profile, with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate strategies into scalable, high-impact journeys.
