About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement and optimize customer relationship journeys using Marketing Cloud, ensuring personalized, automated, and data-driven communications that enhance the experience throughout the undergraduate student lifecycle.
  • Contribute to increased engagement, retention and satisfaction.
  • Build automated journeys in Marketing Cloud using triggers, business rules and segmentations.
  • Act as the orchestrator of automated customer interactions, transforming journey maps, research insights, user behavior and relationship strategies into personalized, scalable experiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Data Science or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Customer Experience (CX), Marketing, Data or related areas will be a plus.
  • Solid experience building, implementing and optimizing customer relationship journeys.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to interpret data and metrics to propose continuous improvements to journeys and campaigns.
  • Analytical, organized, collaborative and customer-experience-oriented profile, with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate strategies into scalable, high-impact journeys.
