About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner to Undergraduate leadership, supporting decisions related to people management and organizational development;
- Lead talent management, performance, succession, employee engagement (organizational climate) and leadership development agendas;
- Support leaders in designing organizational structures, internal transfers and workforce planning;
- Analyze people metrics, identify opportunities and propose actions to strengthen engagement, retention and performance;
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and support the implementation of action plans aimed at evolving culture and the business;
- Facilitate key People & Management cycles, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and the needs of the areas served;
- Act as a change agent, supporting organizational change processes, restructurings and cultural evolution;
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure integrated implementation of People & Management solutions;
- Influence leaders’ decision-making through analysis, data and a strategic people perspective;
- Contribute to strengthening organizational culture and the employee experience throughout the entire employee journey.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Leadership, Business or related areas is a plus;
- Proven experience as a Business Partner, Internal HR Consultant or in strategic People & Management roles;
- Experience in performance management, succession planning, organizational development, employee engagement and talent management;
- Consultative experience working with leaders to support organizational decisions and team development;
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using people metrics to support decision-making;
- Knowledge of change management, organizational design and cultural transformation;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and modern people management practices;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and strong relationship-building skills across different organizational levels;
- Strategic, collaborative and solution-oriented profile;
- Differential: experience in multi-unit companies, education, healthcare or large organizations.
