About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform onboarding of new clients during the first months of their journey;
Conduct consultative meetings and follow-ups;
Support clients with questions related to system usage and adaptation;
Monitor engagement and feature adoption metrics;
Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, aiming to increase usage and perceived value;
Proactively identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or issues during the customer journey;
Analyze internal processes and suggest operational and structural improvements;
Collaborate with partner teams to develop improvements in the customer experience;
Share feedback and opportunities for product evolution with the responsible team;
Assist in identifying and reporting bugs to internal teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis, metrics, and creating presentations;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Comfort with technology and software systems;
Analytical and organized mindset;
Ability to work in teams and collaborate across departments;
Customer service experience is a plus;
Experience in CX (Customer Experience) or CS (Customer Success) is a plus;
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, SenseData, etc.) is a plus.
