About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the commercial team in organizing information about clients and opportunities;
- Conduct research on companies, market segments, and industry trends;
- Identify and organize contacts for prospecting activities;
- Assist in generating and updating lead lists;
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales support materials;
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems;
- Organize data to monitor opportunities and the sales pipeline;
- Support commercial intelligence routines, contributing to analyses and information organization;
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure data quality and consistency;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of pre-sales processes and information management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, or related fields;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling information;
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and information management;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Proactive and eager to learn, with an interest in commercial and pre-sales activities;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments;
- Curiosity and interest in market intelligence and data analysis;
- Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize tasks;
