About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the calculation of monthly results by operation and business view, analyzing revenue variances against forecast and budget;
Critically analyze financial results, identifying causes, deviations and opportunities for improvement;
Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, reports, dashboards and performance presentations;
Support business areas with analyses and action plans focused on achieving financial targets;
Prepare and monitor revenue budgets and forecasts, working in partnership with strategic areas;
Ensure correct accounting and allocation of revenues, aligning managerial and accounting controls;
Analyze specific financial segments and divisions, providing a strategic perspective on performance;
Conduct market analyses to build long-term planning (Business Plan +5 years);
Ensure governance of financial targets with business areas;
Serve as a financial technical reference, supporting the team with questions and operational guidance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
Solid experience in finance, with roles in planning, control or controllership;
Knowledge of accounting and finance principles;
Advanced Excel skills, focused on analysis, data cross-checking and automation;
Experience with financial analysis tools and report development;
Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and methodologies such as OKRs;
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning;
Knowledge of controllership, audit and processes (including SOX);
Familiarity with BI tools for data analysis and visualization;
Analytical capacity, critical thinking and communication skills for executive presentations.
