About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in a generalist capacity across personnel administration routines
- Support hiring, vacation, termination, and internal transfer processes
- Contribute to the execution and verification of payroll routines
- Monitor and control electronic timekeeping
- Provide support for benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies
- Update controls, spreadsheets, and systems related to the area
- Track employee documents and administrative processes
- Assist in generating operational indicators and area controls
- Contribute to continuous improvement of personnel administration processes and workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields
- Knowledge of personnel administration routines, such as payroll, vacations, hirings and terminations
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical ability and a focus on problem solving
- Good communication skills and ability to assist employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Collaborative, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience with systems such as SAP, TOTVS RM Labore or similar is desirable
- Basic knowledge of metrics, process controls and KPIs is desirable
