About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, monitor and analyze strategic indicators for the Undergraduate area;
  • Build and automate operational and executive reports;
  • Develop dashboards and management panels to support decision-making;
  • Perform performance analyses related to revenue, delinquency, student dropout, recruitment/enrollment, occupancy and operational efficiency;
  • Consolidate, process and interpret datasets; ensure the quality and consistency of reported information;
  • Support the preparation of presentations and executive materials; collaborate with corporate areas and academic units in the development of analyses and solutions; identify opportunities for improvement, automation and efficiency gains in processes; contribute to indicator governance and the evolution of business metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or a related field;
  • Experience in indicator analysis, performance monitoring, planning or data intelligence;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience building management reports, dashboards and executive analyses;
  • Knowledge of data manipulation and consolidation;
  • Ability to interpret financial, academic and operational indicators;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously;
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with different business areas;
  • Collaborative, proactive and results-oriented profile;
  • Experience with Power BI;
  • Knowledge of SQL;
  • Experience in Planning, Performance, Controllership or Business Intelligence areas;
  • Experience in the Education sector;
  • Knowledge of financial and operational indicators;
  • Experience with report and process automation;
  • Familiarity with large volumes of data.
