About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, monitor and analyze strategic indicators for the Undergraduate area;
Build and automate operational and executive reports;
Develop dashboards and management panels to support decision-making;
Perform performance analyses related to revenue, delinquency, student dropout, recruitment/enrollment, occupancy and operational efficiency;
Consolidate, process and interpret datasets; ensure the quality and consistency of reported information;
Support the preparation of presentations and executive materials; collaborate with corporate areas and academic units in the development of analyses and solutions; identify opportunities for improvement, automation and efficiency gains in processes; contribute to indicator governance and the evolution of business metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or a related field;
Experience in indicator analysis, performance monitoring, planning or data intelligence;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
Experience building management reports, dashboards and executive analyses;
Knowledge of data manipulation and consolidation;
Ability to interpret financial, academic and operational indicators;
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously;
Good communication skills and ability to interact with different business areas;
Collaborative, proactive and results-oriented profile;
Experience with Power BI;
Knowledge of SQL;
Experience in Planning, Performance, Controllership or Business Intelligence areas;
Experience in the Education sector;
Knowledge of financial and operational indicators;
Experience with report and process automation;
Familiarity with large volumes of data.
