About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the product strategy for the medication search engine and advertising solutions within the Digital Prescription product;
- Define the product vision, roadmap and priorities, balancing user experience, clinical impact and business outcomes;
- Maximize medication discoverability to increase search-to-prescription conversion rates;
- Design and evolve monetization models with the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring regulatory compliance and revenue generation;
- Ensure a smooth and reliable experience for physicians while preserving the integrity of the prescribing act;
- Conduct continuous discovery with users, stakeholders and usage data to identify product evolution opportunities;
- Partner with engineering, design, data and commercial teams for prioritization, execution and launches;
- Define and track KPIs for performance, search, conversion, engagement and monetization;
- Adapt search strategy for multiple distribution channels and usage contexts;
- Foster a culture of experimentation, testing and continuous learning to drive product evolution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Health or related fields;
- Strong experience in Product Management, working with medium- to high-complexity digital products;
- Experience with search, recommendation, marketplace or discovery products is a significant plus;
- Experience monetizing digital products, ads, B2B2C models or strategic partnerships;
- Ability to define product strategy, roadmap and prioritization with a focus on impact;
- Experience in discovery, data analysis, A/B testing and experimentation;
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, scalable solutions;
- Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments;
- Knowledge of user journeys, product metrics and business case development;
- Plus: prior experience in healthtech, digital prescription or the healthcare ecosystem.
