About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Approach and engage leads using a consultative approach, understanding their pain points and offering the most appropriate products from our portfolio;
- Communicate via WhatsApp, voice notes and phone calls;
- Manage the sales funnel considering the different stages leads may be in;
- Execute contact sequences and follow-ups with leads, both automated and personalized;
- Keep the CRM up to date with accurate, well-written information;
- Monitor metrics and KPIs to continuously improve processes and deliver the best results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
- Experience in sales or lead qualification;
- Experience using CRM software;
- Perseverant, resilient, positive and organized profile;
- Ability to handle a high volume of contacts;
- Impeccable written communication skills, ensuring clarity, professionalism and persuasiveness in interactions with leads;
- Preferred: online certification in Inside Sales (HubSpot, TISS, Universidade Rock, RD University, etc.);
- Advantage: familiarity with the medical career and daily routines in medicine;
- Availability to work: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00.
